I haven't subscribed to anything at all and no one else uses my phone

Whilst scrolling some adult sites on my mobile, i obviously must have left my finger on the touchscreen too long, and I was bounced to another page. On it, it said "by accessing this page you agree to be contacted by our premium text service"
I left the page straight away without seeing what it was. About 30mins later, i get a text "free msg: local girls....etc etc"
I googled it and found this site.
I then looked in my history, and the only unknown website was m.localsl*gs.co.uk
Anyway as a side note, if you Google 69061, there is a site offering free texts, and if you click on it to find out more, it bounces you to......... That's right, m.localsl*gs.co.uk
I'm not saying that site is dodgy, I'm merely stating the facts of my experience.

Got this text " FreeMsg: A female in your area wants to send you a picture! Just reply with your post code to view!" Ignored as i dont want a charge for stopping something i never requested or subscribed to.

Had the same Text. Sent STOP and had reply back. Is this anything to do with FREEindex??? Similar name style of writing it

Got same message bang on 9pm. Am guessing computer generated on a time schedule. STOP appears to have worked. Yet another lowlife scammer

I have a brand new contract phone and just received the same message. There was nothing to suggest sending STOP would do anything or any mention to that effect. I have checked my phone bill.and you do NOT get charged to receive this message. I believe replying to this message, including sending STOP would incire charges.

Suggestion, if you are getting lots of these messages then do not reply or send STOP, get a free message blocker from your app store so you don't get bombarded by messages day in day out.

I do not go on anything like this and i think its an outrage that people are trying to scam money out off people by texts

Three mobile unwillingly refunded the 50p taken by fraud.

I have received these kind of so-called free messages from 69061 and 69062 since I told Orange I will finish my contract with them on May when 2 years with them reaches. It costs me over 43 pounds now. I did not open them at all, but still charges me 1.5 pounds for receiving each text. just changed my number. Doubt that Orange had taken part in the fraud.
